Cookie Policy

1. What are the cookies?

The website owned and operated by Morfus Equipamiento Comercial S.L. (hereinafter “the website”) uses cookies and/or similar technologies that store and retrieve information whilst you browse. In general, these technologies can be used for a wide variety of purposes, such as recognising you as a user, gathering information about your browsing habits, or customising the way content is displayed.

Users can configure their browser to notify them of and block the installation of cookies sent via the website, without this affecting your ability to access the website’s content, although the website’s performance may be reduced.

The specific ways in which we use these technologies are described below.

2. What types of cookies exist?

Depending on the On-call duty, can be divided into:

  • Cookies session: These are cookies designed to collect and store data whilst the user is browsing a website. They are typically used to store information that is only needed to provide the requested service. They expire when the user closes their browser.
  • Cookies persistent: These are cookies where the data remains stored on the device and can be accessed and processed for a defined period, depending on when the purpose for which they are used is fulfilled (for example, to keep the user logged in to the Services) or when they are manually deleted

Depending on the Owner, can be divided into:

  • Cookies own: These are cookies sent to the user’s device from a server or domain managed by the publisher itself, from which the service requested by the user is provided.
  • Cookies from third parties: These are cookies sent to the user’s device from a computer or domain that is not managed by the publisher, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.

In addition, depending on your purpose, las Cookies can be classified as follows:

  • Cookies techniques: These are cookies that enable users to navigate a website, platform or application and use the various options or services available on it, including those used by the publisher to manage and operate the website and enable its functions and services, such as identifying the session or controlling traffic and data communication.
  • Cookies settings or personalisation: This type of Cookie remembers your preferences for the tools available within the services, so you don’t have to reconfigure the service every time you visit. For example, this category includes:
    1. Volume settings for video or audio players
    2. Video streaming speeds that are compatible with your browser.
  • Cookies de Geolocation: These Cookies are used to determine which country you are in when you request a service. This cookie is completely anonymous and is used solely to help tailor the content to your location.
  • Cookies of registration: The Cookies Registration data is generated once the user has registered or subsequently logged in, and is used to identify them within the services for the following purposes:
    1. Keep the user logged in so that, if they close a service, their browser or their computer and then return to that service at a later time or on another day, they will remain logged in, thereby making it easier for them to browse without having to log in again. This feature can be disabled if the user clicks the “log out” button, so that Cookie it is removed, and the next time the user accesses the service, they will need to log in to be identified.
    2. To check whether the user is authorised to access certain services, for example, to take part in a competition.
  • Cookies analytical or measurementEvery time a user visits a service, a tool provided by a third-party vendor generates a Cookie analysis on the user's computer. This Cookie which is generated solely during the visit, will be used during subsequent visits to the Website to identify the visitor anonymously. The main objectives are:
    1. To enable the anonymous identification of website users via “cookies” (which identify browsers and devices, not individuals) and, consequently, to provide an approximate count of the number of visitors and track trends over time.
    2. To anonymously identify the most visited content and, therefore, the content that is most appealing to users
    3. To determine whether the user accessing the site is a new visitor or a returning visitor.
    4. Important: Unless the user chooses to register for a service on the website, the “Cookie” will never be linked to any personal data that could identify them. These Cookies will only be used for statistical purposes to help optimise the user experience on the site.
  • Cookies for behavioural advertising: This type of “Cookie” enables us to enhance the information relating to the adverts displayed to each anonymous user on the Website Services. Among other things, they store the duration or frequency of viewing of adverts, interaction with them, or the user’s browsing patterns and/or behaviour, as these help to build a profile of advertising interests. In this way, they enable the delivery of advertising tailored to the user’s interests.
  • Third-party advertising cookies: In addition to the advertising managed by the Website on its Services, the Website offers its advertisers the option of serving adverts via third parties (“AdServers”). In this way, these third parties may store cookies sent from the Website’s Services via Users’ browsers, as well as access the data stored therein.
